This policy covers LaundryMax Premium, a $3.00/month subscription. Payments are collected by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record for these purchases. Refunds, when due, are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method.
As an Israeli business selling at a distance, subscriptions here are subject to Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, which gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of any charge — the first one or a renewal — for a full refund, no questions asked.
You can cancel anytime from within the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
Contact us, or manage your subscription directly through Paddle, and tell us which charge you'd like refunded.
