LaundryMax is a product of Weblox ("we", "us"), an Israel-based studio. We are the controller for the personal data we collect about LaundryMax users.

By default, garments you scan and your machine settings are stored only on your device. Nothing is sent to us unless you choose to sign in.
If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we collect:
Separately, whenever you scan a garment's care label, the photo you take is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to read it. This happens whether or not you're signed in.
We process this data to provide the scanning and sorting feature, sync your data across devices, manage your subscription, and provide support — necessary for performing our contract with you. We also rely on legitimate interests for security and fraud prevention.
We do not sell your personal data, and we don't use any advertising or analytics tracking in LaundryMax today.
We keep your synced data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or contact us to request deletion, we remove it, unless the law requires us to keep records longer (for example accounting records under Israeli law).
You can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us. Where data protection laws apply to you (including Israel's Privacy Protection Law or, for visitors in the EU/EEA, the GDPR), you may also raise a concern with the data protection authority in your country.
We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data.
LaundryMax is a native mobile app and doesn't use cookies. This website uses none either.
